  • An accredited award winning four-tier leadership development suite using spiral learning methodologies structured around a core leadership philosophy.

About SPZ

SPZ was set up and is run by Adrian Spurrell. Adrian has been working successfully in leadership and management development, specifically focusing on attitudinal and behavioural change, for over 30 years.  His work experience is international and embraces a wide variety of sectors including central government, local government, NHS, financial services, petrochemicals, engineering and pharmaceuticals.

Queen's Square International School

Our development experience is extensive and varied. It includes: working on a one-to-one basis with senior teams/boards; top team coaching and development; facilitating leadership development workshops for senior managers from international matrixed organisations, developing the performance management skills of line managers from both public and private organisations at all grades and from diverse countries; knowledge harvests to create web-based databases of best practice; talent development projects in central and eastern Europe; and broadly based culture change projects.
